I'm Going Solo

fascinating story to read. the first chapter is too short though.

The Damn Mountain is a Rom/Com light novel with an implication on Horror, Mystery, and subtly 'Tragedy'.  The premise of the first instalment is a boy, living his seemingly ordinary life in a secluded town but soon he encounters strange phenomena with everything residing within, ex. a strange stare from his long-departed mother, a weird girl at the bookstore, drunk people without a single alcohol store, a psychotic injure man that can walk despite his broken leg, etc. The longer he stays, the worse it becomes! This is a parallel world, so there are many differences between our world. For example, in this parallel world, the age of marriage is 14 to 15 years old. In the entertainment and business sectors, there are also many changes compared to our world.

you got my expectation really High by saying it's a mix of many top tier books including my favorite (Reverend insanity),i Hope with all my Heart that this won't flop🙏

i love the way the author has portrayed the characters and the way the story is moving forward

His practice was disturbed when a commotion started behind him. He turned around and saw that a big wave started rising from behind the ships and the ships were being pushed forward. When the sea calm down again they saw a big sea animal before them. The animal had a seal like body structure but its face resembles a cow. It had a pair of curved horns on its head, a big round nose with a golden nose ring on it and it's whole body was covered with green stots. He knew this animal. It was the sea cow the straw hat pirates met on their way to Arlong park. When he saw this animal, he suddenly had an idea.

"Hmm!? I wonder what these are? I am in a world of cultivation, so perhaps they're a type of Qi? they don't seem to be harming me. Let's leave them for now."

Although Michael had a head start, the guard had already caught up. As they neared the end of the alley, a wagon blocked the path. Just before he crashed into it, Michael slid below it and made it to the other side. The moment he turned to see if the guard was behind him, the entire wagon flipped over to the side with the guard half way in. Although the sight was hilarious, Michael did not want to stay any further, especially since he attracted an endless amount of gazes. He turned around once more and began to run away. "STOP HIM
